If you select group, the individual members will be able to upload their own abstracts using the link located in their registration confirmation email. You can register up to 10 group members, all registration fees will be on one invoice.

Registration forms that are completed using other characters will be unable to be processed and will be cancelled from the system

Please do not use auto fill to complete the state and country as this will cause problems with payment and your registration. Instead please ensure you use the options in the drop down menu.

There is an opportunity to add a different billing address later in the process.

Bursaries are available exclusively for in-person registrations, however, if you are unable to attend in person, we are pleased to offer complimentary virtual registration for attendees from countries classified as Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs).
Bursary's will be awarded up to the maximum of 50% of the cost of registration and on-site accommodation.
Bursary applications are reviewed as they come in and are allocated in the order in which applications are received, subject to relevance and availability
Accommodation will be available to successful bursary applications.

As you’re applying for a bursary, payment will be requested at a later date and your current invoice will show £0. You will be notified after the deadline whether your bursary application was successful. Once you have completed this application form, you will receive an email containing the abstract portal link to upload your abstract by the abstract deadline.
